I’ve been coming here for more than 10 years. These people are running a s**t show. I was there at 7:55, 5 minutes before they open and the first guy casually pulls in at 8:05. Takes his time to get things opened up. Walks up with an attitude only to tell me that the guy that does the inspections is 10 minutes late. What’s worse is the very unapologetic attitude of IDGAF. Needless to say I took my business somewhere else and will not come back again. Businesses get away with this because people still go to them even if they have very poor business and work ethics. Avoid unpleasantness and spend your hard earned money somewhere else where people actually want to work.

Clean, new waiting room with coffee and soda. Quick service and friendly workers. Only complaint? Coke only!

Staff are always nice, I don’t ever feel like they’re trying to sell me something I don’t need. Free soda and coffee is enough for me to come back.

Quick and easy process. Friendly staff.

$55 oil change is a little pricy. Team was nice, service was fast.

Been going here for 2 years. No bs like you get at every jiffy lube. Went in for an inspection and oil change. While they worked on the oil and inspection I was just thinking I needed new air filters. It had been quite some time since I replaced them. What did they recommend. Air filters. Simple, honest. What else do you need?

I went for my state inspection and was told I needed to replace 2 tires in order to pass. I confirmed with the employee that this was all I needed to do. Replaced tires and returned 4 days later. Was then told I needed to replace my brake pads and back windshield brake light because there was "water in it". Replaced brake pads and passed inspection at another location - there was no water in my brake light.

Been going to them for years and the last three years have been horrible experiences. Took my diesel truck in for safety inspection and the tech came back to say he couldn’t pass me because I had no muffler on my truck. Well after me hitting the throttle and showing him how quiet my truck was he looked again to see there in fact was a muffler. All he could say was it was small and he couldn't see it. This is only one of the times having a discussion with him about one of my four vehicles I have taken to them for inspections. Needless to say this was last straw and I will be taking my business somewhere else. Thank you for the wake up call.
