Every single time I come here, I am amazed by their customer service (nice people with no pressure sales,) their speed, and the overall experience. I have been a regular here for the last several years since moving to McKinney. For my previous oil change I also had a recalled part on my odyssey, so I thought I would be more efficient by taking my car to the Honda dealership nearby. The dealership did not have the part needed for the recall, so I would need to come back BUT they could take care of my oil change. Great… literally two and half hours later it was completed. Just went in for my oil change AND inspection at mckinney oil c-change. In and out in under half an hour (maybe faster!)

X-Change is my go to place, not just for oil changes, but for all automobile issues! They are honest and quick. I know nothing about cars, and since full service gas stations are no longer a thing (and the dealership is a nightmare visit), I always get the X-Change team’s advice when something is going on with my vehicle. I appreciate that they will spend time with me explaining what is happening, and if it’s not a service they provide, they give me suggestions about trusted businesses and tell me about how much it will be. After failing inspection because my tires were near bald, the two guys helping me made me promise I would go right then to get new tires. This may not seem like a big deal, but to me and my family, it means the world 💚
