They damaged my engine. They put in bad quality oil. My engine was damaged 40 miles after the change. They said they had informed me of a noise in my engine and it is a lie. It was a good engine and ran without problems. 40 miles after being here it was damaged. It's not 7000 miles, just 40 miles after service. I came in with 163277 miles and it broke down at 163317. I asked you for videos of the car coming into your shop with noise and you told me you have no audio on your cameras. But I have the videos and pictures of my car and I will upload them all and you will be left looking like a liar.
Thank you for the feedback. We did not damage your engine and you know it because we informed you about it before we did the service and it is on the receipt. We came and checked the filter and plug for you after you called to complain about the noise and they are all tight and dry. Your car has 170,000 miles and after we put the clean fresh oil in your car it cleaned all the build up sludge in your engine due to neglect of service.
