They damaged my engine. They put in bad quality oil. My engine was damaged 40 miles after the change. They said they had informed me of a noise in my engine and it is a lie. It was a good engine and ran without problems. 40 miles after being here it was damaged. It's not 7000 miles, just 40 miles after service. I came in with 163277 miles and it broke down at 163317. I asked you for videos of the car coming into your shop with noise and you told me you have no audio on your cameras. But I have the videos and pictures of my car and I will upload them all and you will be left looking like a liar.

The guys were fast and efficient. I got an oil change and a new battery in less than 25 min. Would definitely recommend this store.

Fast service at an affordable price.

So, I've worked in customer service for the past 30 years. As such, I am a stickeler for good service. Doesn't matter if it's at the grocery store, rental car agency, Dentist, whatever. I am here to tell ya that this place is top notch! I've been using them for 4 years now for my 2008 Ram 3500. Every interaction I have with them is a great expereience. The last time I was there is was dead and they had me in and out in 15 minutes. There were 3 guys working on my vehicle!!! I recommend them highly!

As always, fast service. They are knowledgeable and honest. I went in for two things.. an oil change.. but instead of taking my money, they let me know records show I still have 3000 miles left on my current oil change! The other was my truck was having starting issues. I was worried it was something serious since my truck is 19 years old. Turns out, they found it was only the battery. Ford dealership in McKinney said they don’t even bother with trucks older than 2013. I highly recommend going here before anywhere else!

This place used to be run by very nice people. However, I was treated very poorly this last time when I tried to get an inspection. They refused to follow Texas law and made up their own rules to determine whether I could get an inspection or not. I am glad that Gov. Abbott got rid of inspections because they certainly will not be getting my business—nor most of their clientele’s business—ever again! :) Edit: My car didn’t fail the inspection, it passed it the same day.
