Best experience I think I have ever had at a lube shop. The staff was friendly and made good suggestions, but did not pressure up-sale items, just politely informed me what recommendations to consider for next service. Very quick and comparable price with other shops. Definitely got the "local small business" with personal service vibe. I will be using this shop from now on! These other shops just don't get it, if you treat folks right they will go out of their way to bring you their business.
