Parked in the lot and stood right outside the garage; ignored by all employees. I got someone's attention finally and asked where the desk or office was; I was grunt-gestured towards the back. Went back; it was a waiting room with no reception or anything. Went back to the front by my car and was ignored again. Decided to cut my loses and leave.

I decided to take my car to McKinney Oil X-Change after reading other reviewers' comments; was one of only two well-reviewed oil change joints in McKinney. I saw that some reviewers were saying that they were in and out in 10 minutes, but I didn't really expect that. (At the "Kwik" lubes and Firestones I've been going to for the past couple of years, I usually end up waiting between 40 minutes and 2 hours.) I was blown away! I really was in and out in right around 10 minutes! The crew was friendly too, which is always a plus!

Quick, efficient, and friendly. It seemed like we weren't there any time at all and we were on our way again. I would recommend this place to all.
