Went in for inspection. Quick, easy and hassle free. Individuals were nice and no attempt to upsale. Waiting area less than desirable but you arent there long enough to mater.

I have been going here to do fluid maintenance on my 2 cars for about a year. I have worked on autos for years in pervious life. These guys do it right and to your satisfaction. The ATF flush they did on my truck was exactly how I would have done it. They flushed out the old fluid and drained it numerous times until it was like new (red) and inspected and cleaned the magnet on the drain plug each time until nothing was on it. Great job guys!

I've been here twice and the service was great both visits. You're able to see what they're doing to your vehicle (a plus). The staff is friendly and communicates well among one another when working on your vehicle.

I've brought cars here several times over the last few years and I've yet to be disappointed. Fast service, very friendly and knowledgeable staff and they never try to sell you something you don't need. I typically come in for an oil change and it usually takes them less than 10 minutes. You can expect to be there longer for an inspection especially if there are cars ahead of you. They also always have complimentary coffee and soft drinks which is much appreciated.

This guys act in a very professional way plus for what I could tell they are very helpful and very honest plus they provide you with free beverages in a waiting room with air conditioned. It's a fast service. Plus they do more than just help you their service will make you want to allways come back for any future services you'll need on your automobile.

Think this place preys on people who don't know about cars. They upsell and give you the most expensive service. My son had the misfortune to be charged $93 for a simple oil change !! Seriously !! Any other place and it would be called gouging. Stay away from them as I certainly won't ever use them again.

As a woman, it is amazing to go into an auto-shop and not be hounded with additional fixings & prices. It is also nice when they try and help you save as much money possible. I loved my experience with Nortex. They helped me get an oil change and find out what was going on with my brakes. I was nervous walking in here as a female, but I'll definitely be back because they are respectful and very helpful!!!! Thank you!!!
