I've been bringing ours and our kid's vehicles here since right after they opened. It's hands down the cleanest and most customer friendly shop I've ever been to. A 5 star review up until now for sure. But today I had to take my vehicle back after an oil change 3 days ago. The skid plate was loose and one corner of the noise dampener plate was actually hanging down. The screws were just not tightened good after the oil change. They fixed it right up and I was on my way quickly even though they had other cars being worked on. And as usual, everyone I interacted with was very friendly. I know things can get overlooked but this is just a little bit too frustrating not to mention as tightening all bolts should be a top priority. I hope this is a one time occurrence as I plan to continue as a customer. And I still believe it's a stand up shop but hope the technicians keep their focus when working on our vehicles, especially since I plan on some brake and differential work soon.

Specifically stated oil change only on my Maxima. Spent my hot air stating my tires and everything else are fine because I keep a close watch. I hear the guy in charge turn around and say tires and washer fluid. I assumed that was to not do them. After it's too late, my tires are being checked. So I went in with all 4 tires perfectly at 34 PSI with nitrous and I leave out with back with only the back 2 tires having air added to my nitrous showing 37 PSI. 2 fronts 34 and 2 back 37. Time to go back to Nissan and have the air bled out and all 4 matched again. Honestly, I love being able to get a quick oil and filter change, but for some reason in my 30 years of experience with the quick places is they always insist on checking other things even if you tell them not to. Next time I will pay for the oil and filter change while walking around my car like a security guard and reiterating oil and filter change ONLY PLEASE. I use bug washer fluid that was diluted and my valve caps were not completely tightened. I'm a car guy who cross-rotates his tires, etc. Please honor your customers wishes. Oil change and filter only. I will now put a label on my washer fluid cap. Next time I will get out and place labels on my tire valve stem caps. What else can I do? Oil and filter change only. Charge me for the 10-point inspection then, but honor your customer's request when they maintain and know their car better than anyone, please. Oil and filter change only means if you go beyond that, you're wasting time for your customer by touching unnecessary areas. Defeats the purpose of going to a quick change place. Updated - I would think there would be more liability with doing things that people request to not have done or while only putting air in the back tires, but not the front... just being honest. I watch my tires everyday on my dash. I went in with all tires a match and came out with both rear tires now 3 PSI more than the fronts. It's exactly why the first things I said was oil and filter change and nothing else, with an added please. Chosing your shop for my oil change cost me time to fix the air pressure on my nitrous inflates tires. I'm not mad enough to not return, I just am trying to help your business hold happy valuable customers.

Stopped in today for a state inspection they were quick and very efficient. Easy to do business with great customer service. Clean facility and nice waiting area. Rebecca and the gentleman that helped us were great.

Honesty is hard to come by in the car world - maybe it's just me since I know nothing about cars and also have felt slighted - anyway. The Nortex crew blew me away with their kindness, honesty, integrity in telling me something they saw but wasn't critical to fix right now. That's huge to me. Eddie helped me out and was great. Stop in and give them your business! Thanks dudes!

Very nice shop. Good service. Cashier could have tried to help more with finding discount information when I asked though. He spoke so softly you could barely hear him when he spoke.

Called this place at 1:40pm on Sunday and was told they do state inspections till 2:45pm. Drove 20 minutes to location and sign stated open till 3pm, however employees had locked door and we're leaving. Was told the owner said they could close early after I called and they just work here. Told manager I had just called and he said owner said we could close early so he was going home got in his truck hopped the curb and left. Would not give me owners number. The other two employees almost caused accident trying to leave and avoid me and other customers that had pulled in. Not a good place don't waste your time.
