Stopped in today for a state inspection they were quick and very efficient. Easy to do business with great customer service. Clean facility and nice waiting area. Rebecca and the gentleman that helped us were great.

Honesty is hard to come by in the car world - maybe it's just me since I know nothing about cars and also have felt slighted - anyway. The Nortex crew blew me away with their kindness, honesty, integrity in telling me something they saw but wasn't critical to fix right now. That's huge to me. Eddie helped me out and was great. Very nice shop. Good service. Cashier could have tried to help more with finding discount information when I asked though. He spoke so softly you could barely hear him when he spoke.

Called this place at 1:40pm on Sunday and was told they do state inspections till 2:45pm. Drove 20 minutes to location and sign stated open till 3pm, however employees had locked door and we're leaving. Was told the owner said they could close early after I called and they just work here. Told manager I had just called and he said owner said we could close early so he was going home got in his truck hopped the curb and left. Would not give me owners number. The other two employees almost caused accident trying to leave and avoid me and other customers that had pulled in. Not a good place don't waste your time.

I work in the strip mall that this place is in. I don't know if it's the person inspecting the vehicles or if it's the guys servicing the vehicles. They literally fly through the parking lot and slam on the brakes hard enough to squeal the tires regularly. They also accelerate extremely fast and drive the cars really rough. I've seen them do this repeatedly. There is a martial arts studio where a lot people ages ranging from kids to adults that are constantly going in and out of where this is taking place. There is also an animal hospital that is very busy with people and their pets always out there. I will never let them service my car. These individuals literally do not care about other people's property or value the communities safety. I hope this feed back will help and put a stop to the reckless disregard of everyone's well being and property. Cars are a huge investment that people need to live their lives. I will provide proof if needed.

Good and Fast Service.

I just moved from California & needed to get my car Smoged before I can register my car in the state of Texas. Right off the bat I was happy with the price on the "Safety & Emissions" ($25.50). He reviewed my proof of insurance & then told me to help my self to the complimentary beverages inside.. They serve Starbucks coffee which is a huge plus in my eyes! The waiting area is clean & they have a screen providing prices of their services & one TV playing cable shows. This move has already been stressful enough I'm happy to say there was no hassle here which is a huge thing for me. Check out was easy!
