I've been coming here for years. Never had a problem until recently. Brought a 2019 VW Jetta 1.4L and twice McKinney oil x-change put the wrong oil drain plug on. The correct plug is M14 x 1.5 with a RUBBER gasket. A short plug with a METAL gasket is what was put on at McKinney oil x-change. This culminated in oil leaking both times. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I will be monitoring engine knocking and if there's a problem, you will be hearing from me. Please hire competent employees and I will consider coming back.
